Delo says tactical games between Serbia and Kosovo are over

Ljubljana, 28 February - Tensions between Serbia and Kosovo are escalating, as the countries are on the verge of accepting the Franco-German plan to regulate mutual relations, and nationalists on both sides do not like this, Delo says in Tuesday's front-page commentary.
