Dnevnik: Kosovo-Serbia deal merely a stopover

Ljubljana, 28 February - Dnevnik welcomes in Tuesday's commentary a Franco-German agreement that Kosovo and Serbia consented to in principle, but it notes that this is merely a stopover, the harder part will be to actually implement the plan.
