SLAPP lawsuits threat to democracy, debate hears

Ljubljana, 28 February - Strategic lawsuits against public participation (SLAPP) are a threat to democracy, according to participants in a round table debate hosted by Transparency International Slovenija on Tuesday. They believe guidelines must be drawn up to create directives and legislation, also at the EU level.
