Labour Court rules in favour of prosecutors in pay cut dispute

Ljubljana, 1 March - The Labour Court has ruled in favour of individual prosecutors who took the state to court for temporarily cutting their pay by 30% in 2020 during the Covid epidemic, Prosecutor Association head Boštjan Valenčič told the STA on Wednesday. The news comes after the Constitutional Court declared the cut unconstitutional last month.
