The signing of a free-trade agreement between Slovenia and Croatia on Friday and the beginning of its temporary implementation on 1 January 1998 suggests the countries have focussed on the future and the economic issues that offer a potential to bring them into the group of developed countries, where they both belong, Maribor's daily Večer says in its Saturday issue.
