Ljubljana, 6 March - The weather forecast for Monday calls for clouds and patchy rain. A south-westerly will blow in some places. Morning lows will range from -1 to 4 degrees Celsius, up to 7 at the seaside, and daytime highs from 4 to 9, up to 12 in the western region of Primorska and in south-eastern Slovenia.
