Top court throws out upper chamber complaint due to raised budget
Ljubljana, 6 March - The Constitutional Court has rejected a petition by National Council to review the state budget for 2022. It argued that the issue of insufficient funding and thereby failure to secure the upper changer's independence had been remedied by the supplementary budget adopted after the petition.
