Slovene Parliament about the Relations with FRY
Ljubljana, 16 December - PARLIAMENT/SLOVENIA/FRY
Parliament's International Relations Committee (OMO) discussed at a session Tuesday the relations between Slovenia and Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY). Most members of the committee agreed Ljubljana and Belgrade should establish diplomatic relations as soon as possible, but all of them as well as Foreign Minister Boris Frlec stressed this was only possible when taking into account the principle both Slovenia and FRY are legal successors of former Yugoslavia.
