Seven years ago, at the time of plebiscite we were overwhelmed by great joy and hope as we had brought together all our creative human potentials and built up our national consensus in a rational way, Parliament Speaker Janez Podobnik said Monday evening, addressing participants to the major ceremony on the Independence Day, 26 December, at the national theatre in Maribor.
