Delo: CEFTA's Two Balances
Ljubljana, 23 December - At the fifth anniversary of signing the Central European Free Trade Agreement end last week in Warsaw, CEFTA members drew up two balances: one about whether the association has met the expectations, and another about Slovenia's performance as its 1997 Chair. Over champagne both balances were made look better, with CEFTA looking like one big happy family, although not everything is so ideal, says daily Delo.
