The study "Germans" in Slovenia is composed of articles of six Slovene historians. Prof. Dr. Janez Cvirn wrote about "Germans" in Slovenia in the period 1848-1941. Prof. Tone Ferenc examined the situation during WW II. Prof. Dušan Nečak focussed on "Germans" in Slovenia between 1945-1955 from the perspective of German and Austrian documents. Prof. Dr. Božo Repe studied "Germans" in Slovenia after WW II. Prof. Dr. Jože Prinčič wrote about the nationalization of German property in Slovenia after WW II (he did research on over 12,000 confiscation orders), while Prof. Mitja Ferenc focussed on "Germans" in the censuses after WW II.
