Polling Stations in Ljubljana Closed; Majority of Electors Vote for Viktorija Potočnik
Ljubljana, 11 January - ELECTION/MAYOR/LJUBLJANA
The 224 polling stations in Ljubljana closed at 7 pm. In the runoff elections, the inhabitants of the Slovene capital voted for Ljubljana new mayor, choosing between Viktorija Potočnik and Anton Jeglič. After 25 percent of the votes have been counted, Viktorija Potočnik is in the lead with 56 percent of the vote. Anton Jeglič won 43 percent of the vote.
