Slovenia's Legal System Acquires an Administrative Court

From 1 January 1998 on Slovenia's legal system covers a wider area by acquiring an Administrative Court. It will be seated in Ljubljana and have branches in Celje, Nova Gorica and Maribor. In the field of administrative dispute and administrative courts Slovene legislation became thus fully adjusted with the European law, just as the proceedings at the court meet the requirements of the European legal standards, Justice Minister Tomaž Marušič told a news conference on Monday.
