Primorske Novice: Difficult Normalization of Relations with Yugoslavia

At least two reasons forced some Slovene lawmakers to start thinking about south-east, that is about the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Friday's issue of Primorske Novice, a local paper of the Primorsko region, said. The first reason for 'opening up' is certainly a pressure exerted by Slovene businessmen. The other pressure is coming from the international community, urging Slovenia, a connoisseur of the situation in the Balkans, to assume an active role in settling the situation there.
