Some 1,500 people expected at rally for teachers

Ljubljana, 23 October - Some 1,500 people are expected to attend a rally staged by the teachers' trade union SVIZ to highlight wage disparities in the public sector. The work of schools, kindergartens and other culture, science, and higher education institutions will not be disturbed. SVIZ head Branimir Štrukelj says this will be the "last warning before a conflict".
