Italian Foreign Minister to Pay his First Official Visit to Slovenia

Italy's Foreign Minister Lamberto Dini is arriving for his first official visit to Slovenia on Tuesday afternoon. This will be the first official visit by a head of the Italian diplomacy to Slovenia in the last seven years. Dini is scheduled to meet separately with his Slovene counterpart Boris Frlec and Premier Janez Drnovšek Tuesday, according to the Slovene Foreign Ministry. On the second day of Dini's visit here, however, a trilateral meeting of foreign ministers of Italy, Slovenia and Hungary will be held, so Dini and Frlec will be joined by their Hungarian counterpart Laszlo Kovacs.
