Red alert issued as heavy rain, strong wind expected

Ljubljana, 26 October - The Environment Agency has issued a red alert for west, north and east Slovenia for Friday. While heavy rain is expected across much of the country except the southeast, this will be compounded with strong wind in the west, along the border with Italy.
