Britain's Banking Consumer Protection System Presented

Ljubljana, 5 February - CONSUMERS/ASSOCIATION/BRITAIN/OMBUDSMAN
A two-day seminar Banks and Consumers - British Experience started in Ljubljana on Thursday, at which British banking ombudsman David Thomas and a representative of Britain's National Consumer Council, Frances Harrison presented the British system of settling conflicts between banks and clients. The seminar was organized by the International Institute for Consumer Research in cooperation with the Consumer Association of Slovenia, the National Consumer Council and the Know How Fund.
