Ljubljana, 5 October - Developments in Moscow are the focus of attention of all Tuesday newspapers. At the forefront of other events abroad remains Bosnia-Herzegovina and the clashes between two Muslim factions in the Cazin region. Among events at home, most attention is devoted to the decision by the Slovenian Ministry of Economic Relations and Development to issue property certificates to Slovenian citizens, starting from 5 October; the decree issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry banning the export of ongulates and products of raw material originating from Croatia and certain Italian regions, to or through Slovenia; and the strike by police officers announced for Wednesday.
