Luka Koper shareholders to vote on dividend payout

Koper, 27 May - The shareholders of port operator Luka Koper will decide on 27 June on the management proposal for the dividend payout. The management and supervisory boards have proposed a gross dividend of EUR 2 per share for 2023, distributing EUR 28 million of EUR 43.88 million in distributable profit.
