Higher Forms of Economic Cooperation Desired in Trade with Czech Republic

Trade trends between Slovenia and the Czech Republic have recently stabilized after a strong surge following the enforcement of the free trade agreement in January 1994. The countries should therefore concentrate more heavily on higher forms of economic cooperation, was established in Thursday's forum "Doing Business with the Czech Republic", attended by representatives of leading Slovene companies, Czech ambassador to Slovenia Jana Hybaškova, head of the embassy's economic department, Pavel Svitil, and government advisor in Slovenia's Ministry of Economic Relations and Development, Metka Jerina.
