SCT To Build New Airport in Kiew

Ljubljana, 2 April - COMPANIES/SCT/CONSTRUCTION/UKRAINE
Ljubljana-based building company SCT and Germany's Walter Bau from Augsburg have been selected to build a new runway of the Kiew airport in Ukraine; The runway, with 4.064 kilometers one of the longest in Europe, is expected to be built in one year. Construction will be funded by an international consortium of banks, while the holder of the deal is German Daimler-Benz Aero Space Agency, SCT reported.
