Delo: Jaime Garcia-Lombardero y Vinas - Slovenia Should Introduce Effective Public Administration

Ljubljana, 8 April - A key task Slovenia should carry out is to introduce an effective public administration, Chief European Commission negotiator with Slovenia, Spain's Jaime Garcia-Lombardero y Vinas said in an interview for Wednesday's issue of Delo. It is his opinion that Slovenia had a potential to become the first new EU member.
