Slovenian Mahle subsidiary to lay off more than 600 workers

Šempeter pri Gorici, 10 October - Mahle Electric Drives Slovenija, a Šempeter pri Gorici-based company which is part of the German group Mahle, plans to lay off 340 workers after it moves its production of alternators to Bosnia-Herzegovina and another 270 after a relocation of production of e-compressors to Hungary.
