Negotiator Watts Coming to Ljubljana

The "mini memorandum", proposed recently by international negotiator Sir Arthur Watts, covers citizenships, acquired rights, pensions, archives division and the initial stage of dividing eight embassies. It does not, however, include division of gold deposited with Basel's Bank of International Settlements, Slovenia's chief succession negotiator Miran Mejak said in an interview ahead of international negotiator Watts' visit in Ljubljana.
