Italian Writer Tomizza Visits Slovene President

Slovene President Milan Kučan received Fulvio Tomizza, an Italian writer, in the presidential palace on Monday. In a cordial meeting, which was attended also by Vice President of the Slovene Academy of Science and Art (SAZU) Ciril Zlobec, they talked about Tomizza's work, which concerns Slovenes and Slovenia, the Karst and Istria as well as merging of cultural features of the part of Central Europe, the presidential office reported.
