Court agrees with watchdog over Magyar's dual-office incompatibility

Ljubljana/Lendava, 10 December - The Administrative Court has agreed with the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption (KPK) that the two offices Janez Magyar, mayor of Lendava and councillor of a minority organisation, holds are incompatible, the anti-graft watchdog said on Tuesday. Magyar must now remedy the situation as the ruling is final.
