National Council president believes their proposals seen as annoying

Ljubljana, 31 December - National Council President Marko Lotrič is pleased with the work the upper chamber of parliament has done but its proposals are often seen as annoying, he told the STA. The National Council is important from the aspect of the separation of powers and it protects the interests of the civil society, local communities and other groups, he said.
