First newborn in Slovenia in 2025 is baby boy named Jakob
Ljubljana/Maribor/Novo Mesto, 1 January - The first baby born in Slovenia in 2025 was a baby boy named Jakob, who was delivered in the Ljubljana maternity hospital a few seconds after midnight. He weighed 3,290 grammes and measured 50 centimetres. The first baby girl born this year was named Živa.
