Delo modestly hopeful about prospects of ECoC Nova Gorica-Gorizia

Ljubljana, 3 January - Reflecting on the upcoming launch of the Nova Gorica-Gorizia European Capital of Culture (ECoC) project, Delo notes on Friday that even a modest increase in regular visitors to cultural institutions, along with a slight improvement in the volume and quality of local artistic production, would suffice to achieve the project's goals.
