Govt proposes stricter penalties for emergency lane violations

Ljubljana, 9 January - The government has approved amendments to the Road Traffic Rules Act that introduced tougher penalties for drivers who fail to create emergency lanes or misuse them. The proposed changes aim to improve compliance and enhance the safety and efficiency of emergency services, Infrastructure Minister Alenka Bratušek said.
