Prešeren laureate Čadež can only speak through her works

Ljubljana, 15 January - Sculptor Dragica Čadež, a recipient of the 2025 Prešeren Prize for lifetime achievement, has been a pioneering presence in Slovenian post-war art since the 1960s. In an interview for the STA, she reflected on her career, her independence and refusal to conform. "I've grown used to working my own way and not worrying about others."
