Judges will have to recuse themselves more often

Ljubljana/Ptuj, 10 January - Based on a recent Constitutional Court decision, judges will from now on have to recuse themselves in cases with multiple defendants when one or more plead guilty. Judges who accept a guilty plea of a defendant will no longer be able to try the co-defendants, Večer reported on Friday. This is to cause some problems, especially at small courts.
