Delo on the New Post of Former Intelligence Service Director

Before the holidays the public was 'surprised' at the news that Jože Sečnik, the former director of the intelligence service in the Defence Ministry, had been replaced to a new post, Delo says in Monday's issue and explains Sečnik is the person who informed the public on the notorious secret agreement with Israel, which is said to be illegal, but as the court has not decided on it still in force in formal and legal terms.
