European Convention on Human Rights - Efficient Tool to Protect Rights of Individuals in Europe

A one-day seminar on the European Convention on Human Rights and Its Mechanisms for the Protection of Human Rights of Citizens, Foreigners and Refugees started Wednesday in Ljubljana. The seminar, organized by the UN High Commissioner for Refugees and the Council of Europe (CoE), is attended by about 200 lawyers, judges, parliament members, government officials, NGO representatives and interested individuals.
