Agricultural reform sparks farmer discontent

Ljubljana, 5 February - Farmer organisations uniformly voiced criticism on Wednesday of an agriculture reform package unveiled by the Agriculture Ministry. The main grievances include the duration of the public consultation period, lack of influence in shaping the legislation, and uncertainty over secondary legislation amid an absence of data and analysis.
