Večer: Capital of Culture project will also have to address unresolved issues
Ljubljana, 7 February - The newspaper Večer says on Friday, the eve of the opening of the 2025 Nova Gorica-Gorizia European Capital of Culture (ECoC), that the project seems to have united the people in the western region of Goriška, but it will also have to deal with some unresolved issues that have been neglected in this border area.
