Goriška gnocchi to make ECoC opening tastier
Nova Gorica, 7 February - As Nova Gorica and its Italian neighbour Gorizia are busy with final preparations for the day-long opening of the 2025 European Capital of Culture (ECoC), foodies can look forward to Goriška gnocchi, which they will be able to sample during the 14-hour spectacle on Saturday. The ingredient that spices up the local dish is sage.
