Upon the 50th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the National Council of Slovenia and Ombudsman Ivan Bizjak prepared a meeting of experts entitled Human Rights and Liberties in Transition - the Case of Slovenia. The meeting was designed to point out some theocratical foundations on which human rights are based, and to discuss the actual state of human rights in Slovenia.
