Delo wonders whether US tariffs are tactics or start of trade war

Ljubljana, 12 February - Commenting on US President Donald Trump's announcement of tariffs on all steel and aluminium imports, the newspaper Delo wonders on Wednesday whether this is primarily his "stick" or leverage in the coming negotiations or an introductory to a long-lasting and even more intensive trade war.
