Slovene Foreign Ministry Reacts to Watts' Latest Stance on Succession Issues
Ljubljana, 7 May - FOREIGN/MINISTRY/SUCCESSION/WATTS
The international mediator between the five successor states to the former Yugoslavia, Sir Arthur Watts, has said in a letter that after the talks he held in all the capitals of successor states to former Yugoslavia he established that there was no consensus to accept the so called mini agreement he had proposed in March 1998, the Slovene Foreign Ministry said in a press release on Thursday.
