H.C. Artmann: This World Needs More Immagination

Distinguished Austrian writer, poet, essay writer, playwright, and polyglot, H.C. Artmann (born in 1921) is visiting Ljubljana upon the invitation of the Student Publisher SOU Beletrina, which published one of his most poetic fiction books last year, namely The Sun was a Green Egg (Die Sonne war ein Gruenes Ei). At a press conference on Thursday he spoke about his work, his attitude to books and about how his work was accepted in various cultural and language milieus. He read some of his texts in the evening.
