Dnevnik says Golob protecting "elite vulnerable group"

Ljubljana, 13 February - Dnevnik says in Thursday's commentary, headlined Energy Misery, that it has turned out that, by opposing the new network charge system introduced by the Energy Agency, Prime Minister Robert Golob has been actually protecting only an elite group of consumers who have rooftop solar power systems.
