Dnevnik comments on judge's non-recusal from Swiss franc loan cases

Ljubljana, 19 February - Dnevnik is astonished that a Ljubljana Higher Court judge failed to recuse herself from a number of cases brought against banks by Swiss franc loan holders even though she had taken out such a loan herself and later took her bank to court as well.
