Best Slovenian free diver starts season with convincing win

Vienna, 24 February - Best Slovenian freediver Andrej Ropret started the new season with an overall win at the AIDA Hydro Dynamic competition in Vienna on Saturday. Ropret took first place in the static apnea event, where he held his breath underwater for 7 minutes 43 seconds, staying under water more than 30 seconds longer than any competitor.
