Ljubljana, 27 February - It will be overcast and rainy in Slovenia on Thursday morning. The rain will ease eastwards and taper off by the evening. The skies will start clearing up in the afternoon, starting from the west. Morning lows will be between 0 and 5 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs between 5 and 8, up to 13 at the coast.
