Weather: Getting warmer

Ljubljana, 3 March - While it will be chilly in the morning as the lowest temperatures hit -5 to 1 degrees Celsius on Tuesday, it will warm up during the day to between 10 and 15 degrees, up to 18 in Goriška region, west. It will be quite clear with some clouds persisting in parts of the country only until midday. A weak bora will blow in Primorska region.
