Human Organ Transplantation Act Ready For Parliamentary Procedure

The Ministry of Health on Monday presented the bill to regulate the donation and transplantation of human organs for treatment purposes. The bill stipulates that donation and transplantation is only allowed when no other form of treatment is successful and that no payment may be given or received for donated organs.
