National Assembly passes amended Banking Act
Ljubljana, 6 March - The National Assembly passed on Thursday changes to the Banking Act that transpose EU rules on digital resiliency, cryptocurrencies and sustainability reporting. The range of financial services that banks can provide is being expanded and the effectiveness of prudential supervision of banks will be improved.
