Govt gives thumbs up for monument celebrating Slovenia's independence

Ljubljana, 5 March - The government officially green-lit on Wednesday the construction of a monument dedicated to Slovenia's independence. The memorial, planned in Republic Square across from Parliament House in Ljubljana and estimated at EUR 2 million, has been made part of the development plans for the 2025-2028 period.
